London-based developer Guildmore has appointed Martin Bellinger as its Executive Chairman.
Speaking on his new role, Mr Bellinger said: "I am delighted to have joined Guildmore which has an enviable reputation, an exciting project pipeline of over £100 million and a great future working with some of the country's leading housing associations.
"Affordable housing could not be higher up on the political agenda right now and I am excited to be working on a number of developments and exciting mixed-use schemes that will make a huge difference to their respective communities."
Established in 1998, Guildmore specialises in affordable housing, charity and public-private partnership work.
Recently, the company completed the award-winning restoration of the Grade II listed Poplar Baths in Tower Hamlets, saving it from 30 years of dereliction and creating a new leisure centre for the local community.
