Tarmac has strengthened its senior team by appointing ex-Carillion UK Managing Director Andy Brown as its Director of Tarmac Infrastructure.

In his new role, Mr Brown will lead the infrastructure team and its delivery of public sector civil engineering projects.

The appointment follows Tarmac's recent takeover of leading regional civil engineering specialist, Griffiths.
