Godwin Developments has revealed plans to build 200 new apartments in Derby.
The 17-storey 'The Landmark' build-to-rent scheme will be developed in the city centre.
Group Land Director, Stephen Pratt, said: "We are really excited to be bringing this scheme to Derby. The economic, social and cultural regeneration of the city is impressive and we believe The Landmark will be a market-leading city living development. We would welcome feedback from the business community and look forward to being part of the Marketing Derby Bondholder community."
John Forkin, Managing Director of Marketing Derby, who worked in partnership with Godwin to develop the plans, said: "We are thrilled to see these plans for an iconic residential development that makes a statement about the ambitions of Derby to be seen as a progressive, 21st century city. As a location for tall buildings, North Riverside is ideal and we hope Bondholders will come and offer their support for the scheme at the Quad."
