Industry consultant Patrick Parsons has appointed Stephen Dellow as a new Director.

With 30 years' experience working in the field of highways, transportation, drainage and infrastructure, both in the UK and the Middle East, Mr Dellow will join the firm's Civil Engineering team in the Guildford office.

In addition, the appointment will help develop the company's ICE Training Scheme by using Mr Dellow's professional training experience.
