More Than 350 New Homes To Be Built In Devon And Somerset

More than 350 new homes are to be built by Galliford Try Partnerships in Devon and Somerset.

A total of 180 new homes will be developed on partnership with Liverty at Kingfisher Green in Cranbrook, East Devon, while a further 171 new houses will be built on the banks of the River Tone in Taunton.

An application for reserved matters planning approval for the Kingfisher Green scheme has already been submitted. Subject to approval, work will start on site during the summer with first homes being delivered early in 2019.

A planning application for the scheme at Taunton will be submitted in the upcoming months, with works anticipated to begin later in the year.

Stephen Teagle, Chief Executive of Galliford Try Partnerships, said: "As a national business with a strong regional presence, I'm delighted that we have completed on these excellent new sites.
