Industry consultant IBI Group has strengthened its senior team by appointing Maarit Heinonen-Smith as its UK Retirement Living and Senior Care Lead.

Ms Heinonen-Smith is joining the company from PRP Architects, where she worked within the Specialist Housing Team as lead architect, designing and delivering innovative housing and care solutions for people over 55-years-old.

IBI Group's Regional Director for UK & Ireland, Paul Hewes, said: "IBI Group is proactively responding to this growing market by hiring experts such as Maarit, and working closely with partners across the Retirement Living and Senior Care sector.
