Esh Group Wins £6.7m Contract

Up to 55 new 'affordable' homes are to be built in Leeds.

Yorkshire Housing has awarded Esh Group a £6.7 million deal to deliver the scheme in the suburb of Allerton Bywater.

Linda Gray, Development Project Manager at Yorkshire Housing, said: "The new development will help to meet high demand in this popular area. Esh is a trusted partner that shares our focus on supporting and developing local communities."
