North Midland Construction has strengthened its senior team by appointing Robert Walsh as Plant and Transport Director.

Mr Walsh joins NM Group from Travis Perkins where he was Regional Director.

He has extensive experience within the construction and engineering sectors, having also previously worked at infrastructure multinational Balfour Beatty and equipment supplier Mabey Hire.

In his new role, Mr Walsh will be based at NM Group’s head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, with responsibility for the strategic direction of the departments and support for the plant and transport teams.
