Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has relocated to a new office in Leeds city centre.
The company's 80-strong team has moved to the £100 million Central Square development on Wellington Street, taking up grade A office space on the sixth floor of the building.
In addition, the businesses residential estate agency has relocated to a ground floor unit at Central Square.
David Rastrick, head of the Leeds office, said: "The new office has allowed us to bring everyone together on a single floor plate for the first time, which was one of our key goals, as well as being located in a BREEAM outstanding building with class-leading sustainability credentials. There's no doubt we've created a dynamic working environment, and consequently there's a real buzz in the office.
"The move also endorses our commitment to the Leeds and West Yorkshire area, where we've been a leading name in property services for over a century."
