Styles & Wood has secured a £38 million contract to fit-out the iconic India Buildings in Liverpool.
The Grade II listed building will be refurbished to feature new office space, with remedial works and major external repairs also being carried out.
The project will be delivered for Shelborn Asset Management over a 72-week period.
