Wates Smartspace's facilities management (FM) business has won a new three-year contract with Horder Healthcare.

The deal will see the company deliver Integrated FM services including building and grounds maintenance at The Horder Centre in East Sussex, in addition to three outreach clinics and another medical centre in the South East of England region.

Wates Smartspace FM will also deliver statutory compliance through its in-house, bespoke Assurance Compliance Tool (ACT).
