Lovell has completed work on 133 new 'affordable' homes in Woolwich, London.

The delivery of Percy Eagles Court is the latest development in the construction of Trinity Walk, the first phase of a project which is transforming three ageing estates in the district as part of an ongoing £400 million regeneration programme.

Lovell Homes, PA Housing and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the development milestone. Pupils from nearby St Peter's Primary School also attended as the selected the name of the new 'affordable' buildings,

Cllr Denise Hyland said: "We all know how incredibly difficult it has become for ordinary people to access decent housing in London. Trinity Walk has replaced a rundown development of poor quality housing with modern, fit for purpose, high quality residences."

Richard Vining, Operations Director at Lovell Homes, said: "The handover of the Percy Eagles Building is a huge achievement, made possible through the hard work and determination of the partnership to deliver this brilliant scheme in time for completions later this year. We have already welcomed the first set of new residents to Trinity Walk, and we look forward to welcoming even more."
