Skanska's mechanical and electrical division, SRW Engineering Services, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a new Commercial Director.

Nicola Kelly joins the company having previously worked with Laing O’Rourke, where she worked as Commercial Director for a specialist business within its European hub.

Ms Kelly was also the operations and commercial lead for the European engineering and excellence group, with a focus on innovation, collaboration and education to achieve leaner product and service delivery.

Elsewhere, she has built up experience in the construction industry and built environment sector having worked at Sir Robert McAlpine and Siemens within the UK.

Russell Hallmark, Managing Director at Skanska, said: "I am delighted that Nicola, with her wealth of experience, has joined SRW engineering services and Skanska. I am sure she will add considerable knowledge to our team."
