Sewell Group has completed the acquisition of Huddersfield-based construction company, Illingworth and Gregory (I&G).

The investment will see I&G become a sister company to Sewell Construction, helping both companies capitalise on opportunities across the wider Yorkshire region.

As part of the deal, I&G's Managing Director, Jez Illingworth, and Construction Director, Dean Simpson, will remain with the business.
