Industry consultant Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has launched its new dedicated Contract Advisory service.
Led by Aziz Mehtajee, who recently joined the company from Arcadis, the service covers all aspects of procurement and contract drafting and negotiations; dispute avoidance; and dispute resolution.
Mark Schumann, Head of Advisory Services at RLB, said: "We are delighted to launch our new Contract Advisory Service, it builds on the work we have been carrying out in this area and is another example of how we respond to, and fulfil, customer requirements at RLB. We were very pleased to welcome Aziz to RLB, his wealth of expertise and industry knowledge has helped shape this new service and he is a superb addition to the firm."
Mr Mehtajee added: "This is a very exciting time for the team. We are already working on a number of commissions in the UK. These include assisting the Centre for Environmental Fisheries & Aquaculture Science and Mulbury City in their procurement activities as well as recently being instructed on a quantum expert commission concerning a dispute on an infrastructure contract."
