Architecture practice PCKO has won a place on Southern Housing Group's £630 million new development framework.

The programme aims to deliver more than 450 new homes every year until 2025 and PCKO will work across all four architecture lots: London, East and South East, West and South West, and the Isle of Wight.

Projects will range between five and 300 homes, primarily aiming to deliver flats and apartments with a large proportion of one and two-bed homes.
