Plans have been approved to build a new £14.2 million apartment complex in Manchester.

The 105-home scheme located on Princess Road will be developed by Galliford Try Partnerships. Work will begin on-site in early 2018, with completion set for summer 2019.

Designed by Northern Quarter-based architect IDP, the six-storey project will comprise two-bedroom apartments featuring a landscaped roof terrace for residents on its fourth floor.
