Wates Living Space has secured two new contracts worth more than £2 million with whg Housing Association (HA) in the West Midlands.
The company will carry out planned maintenance works across two five-storey flat blocks at Warewell Close in Walsall, as well as delivering improvements across a series of low-rise blocks containing 187 homes in the town.
Works include designing and installing external wall insulation, replacing windows and doors and undertaking structural repairs.

Elsewhere in the West Midlands, Wates is delivering a £45m social housing maintenance contract for Birmingham City Council, as well as being responsible for delivering housing improvement works to over 4,200 properties for Tamworth Borough Council.
