Plans Unveiled To Build 330 Homes Near New Spurs Stadium

Plans have been revealed by Tottenham Hotspur to build up to 330 homes near its new stadium.

Proposals for the Goods Yard site includes developing new housing, offices, retail and leisure spaces.

In addition, the listed Station Master's House will be refurbished while 40% of the homes will be made 'affordable' and designed around a landscaped garden and courtyard spaces.

Locals are now being invited to view the proposals during an exhibition event at the Haringey Irish Cultural & Community Centre on Pretoria Road on Friday, 03 November.

On a website dedicated to the plans, the Club said: "As the owners of the site and a genuine part of the local community with a long term stake in the success of the area, we are delighted to present these proposals for consultation.

"We have already delivered new homes, schools and community benefits for North Tottenham and the progress of our stadium scheme has seen over 1,000 jobs generated for local residents."
