Mott MacDonald has strengthened its senior team by appointing John Pelton MBE as its global practice lead for project, programme and commercial management (PPCM).
Before joining the consultancy, Mr Pelton worked at CH2M where most recently he was director of their Programme Delivery Partner joint venture. He was also strategic projects director for Crossrail and managing director of CH2M's Programme Partner Transcend JV.
In his new role, Mr Pelton will develop Mott MacDonald's global project and programme delivery capability, as well as introduce and enhance current best practice around innovation, digitisation and manufacturing into the project and programme management model. He will also champion the growth of project and programme management across Mott MacDonald.
