FM Conway has appointed Wendy Bates as its new Business Services Director.

With 27 years of industry experience in equipment hire and telematics and logistics businesses, Ms Bates will oversee the infrastructure services company's central services, IT, resource and planning, marketing and communications divisions.

Previously she worked at Speedy Plc where she held a number of senior positions, most recently as Innovation and Client Experience Director. In addition, she worked as Sales Operations and Marketing Manager for international logistics technology specialist, Isotrak Ltd.

Joanne Garwood, Central Services Director at FM Conway, said: "FM Conway's business services divisions have played a critical part in our growth as we expand our geographical reach and broaden our areas of expertise.
