Wates Appoints New Pre-Construction Director

Wates has strengthened its team working across the Homes Counties by appointing Martin Kramer as a Pre-Construction Director.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr Kramer joins the company having worked for 20 years at Skanska as Education Director.

In his new position, Mr Kramer will lead on all aspects of pre-construction activity across the Home Counties.

During his time at Skanska, he was responsible for delivery of the final schools of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.

Other projects Mr Kramer has worked on during his career include The Gherkin and the Heron Tower in the City of London.
