Graham Construction is continuing work on a £40 million build to rent scheme in Manchester.

The company has reached the topping out stage of a 232-apartment project on Ellesmere Street in Castlefield. Completion is on schedule for Summer 2018.

Designed by AEW Architects, the development will offer more than 220,000 sq ft of rental accommodation across three buildings.

Features include enhanced common areas and a co-working space overlooking a private internal residents' garden, as well as concierge facilities, residents' gym, residents' car hire facilities and a large secure cycle hub.


The prominent site on Chester Road is being delivered by developer Glenbrook Property in partnership with Moorfield Group.
