Galliford Try has appointed Chris Scoffield as Managing Director (MD) of its Rail, Aviation & Environment business.
Mr Scoffield will take up his new position from 01 November.
He succeeds Nick Salt, who was promoted to Managing Director of the Infrastructure division last month.
Having previously worked as Commercial Director within the Infrastructure division, Mr Scoffield joined Galliford Try as Head of Work Winning as part of the company’s acquisition of Miller Construction in 2014.
Speaking on his successor, Mr Salt said: "Chris has a wealth of experience in regulated public sector frameworks and will be responsible for growing our presence in the rail, aviation and environment sectors."
