Halsall Construction has won a £6.8 million contract to build a new care home in Bristol.
The company will deliver the purpose-built 77-bed facility on behalf of Avery Healthcare on Tenniscourt Road. Completion is scheduled for spring 2019.
Designed by Harris Irwin Architects, the three-storey building comprises 27 beds on the ground floor, 27 beds on the first floor and 23 beds on the second floor.
Each floor has a dining area and a café/coffee lounge, with other facilities include a kitchen, staff facilities, laundry room, plant room, salon and therapy room, cinema and library.
