Contractors are being invited to bid for a place on Highways England's £3.3 billion road paving framework.
The four-year programme is divided into six regions and firms have until 23 October to submit their interest.
The OJEU notice states: "Highways England has a requirement to procure a Pavement Framework for the supply of Materials, Plant and Labour to carry out bituminous and concrete patching, surfacing and pavement construction operations including planing (milling), paving, ironwork and associated ancillary works, adjustment, renewal, in-situ and ex-situ recycling, foot-way surfacing and asphalt kerbing.
"The framework has been designed and shaped in line with the collaborative approach set out in the Highways England Supply Chain Strategy to enable better end to end focus on performance specifically around safety, customer and efficiency."
