Plans have been approved for a new mixed-use development in York.
A total of 127 apartments, 5,000 sq ft of commercial/restaurant space and 34,000 sq ft of office space will be built at the two-acre Hudson House site in Toft Green.
The 1960's office building will be demolished and four buildings erected in its place.
Neil Sinclair, Chief Executive of property investment company Palace Capital, said: "Hudson House was part of the Sequel Portfolio which we acquired from Quintain in 2013 and where we already have two other planning approvals.
"We are very excited about the prospects for this site and now we have consent we will be focusing on how best to maximise shareholder value whilst limiting the risk to our Company."
