Graham has won a £19 million contract to carry out four road improvement projects in the East of England.

The two packages, covering the A47, A11, A1 and A12, consist of key safety improvements including surfacing, structures and technology schemes from Peterborough to Norwich, through to Lowestoft via Great Yarmouth.

Most of the work will be completed overnight to ensure minimal impact on road users and to reduce traffic congestion.

The packages are part of a collaborative delivery framework (CDF), which groups projects dependent on the area of completion.

Dave Brown, Highways Director for Graham, said: "We are delighted to be working with Highways England on this prestigious contract, it is really encouraging to see that our long-standing and collaborative relationship continues to grow stronger.
