ISG has been appointed to fit-out an office building for Investec in London.
The scheme involves the full strip out and fit out of the existing floors at 30 Gresham Street, including installing an atrium staircase from levels four to eight. ISG has used 3D digital modelling to identify the logistics required to install the feature staircase.
The office includes general open plan workspace based around creating agile working environments with alternative work settings, plus internal meeting and video conference rooms and refreshment hubs.
Once finished in May 2018, the specialist bank and asset management company will move into the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, as well as the lower ground floor of the building.
