ForWorks Wins £2.3m Deal To Build Over 20 North West Homes

ForWorks has been appointed by Clarion Housing Group to build more than 20 new homes in the North West.

The £2.3 million deal will see the firm deliver 12 'affordable homes in Newton-le-Willows, as well as seven homes and four apartments at the Cherry Sutton development in Widnes.

Steve Parrington, Managing Director at ForWorks, said: "We’re delighted to continue with our impressive growth in 2017 and to be delivering new homes for Clarion Housing Group.

"If we are serious about solving the housing crisis in this country then we need more developers who are willing to step in and take a risk on bring forward these smaller housing schemes that are crucial to supporting and sustaining local communities.

"That is exactly the role that ForWorks is looking to fulfil and we are currently in talks about unlocking a number of other sites across the region."

ForWorks has already delivered 19 new build homes for City West Housing Trust, including a 12-home scheme at Dixon Street in Irlam.
