Plans have been approved for a £21 million residential development in Liverpool.
The Peel Land and Property's Plaza 1821 scheme will be built at Princes Dock as part of the £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters project.
The project will house 105 one- and two-bedroom apartments and also has dedicated amenity space on the ground floor.
Baumber, development director for residential at Peel Land and Property, said: "This is the first PRS project where Peel Land and Property will be acting as the developer of the new apartment project and we are excited and delighted to be working with Regenda. Our vision is to create a waterfront for the world, bringing life back to the historic docklands, and this announcement brings us closer to achieving that ambition.
"Plaza 1821 will be a high-quality development with spectacular views of the River Mersey and the surrounding waterfront. The focus now is on getting ready for the building works and ensuring we are on site as soon as possible."
In addition, approval has been granted for Your Housing Group's £55m Hive City Docks scheme. The 31-storey tower will contain 278 apartments with amenities including a restaurant on the top floor. Overall, the project is expected to take two years to build.
John Cogbill, chief operating officer at Your Housing Group, said: "This is fantastic news for the city of Liverpool. It's great to see Peel's Liverpool Waters masterplan becoming a reality and that high quality new homes are being prioritised as part of the regeneration.
"Hive City Docks will be an iconic development which complements the spectacular setting. The building has been designed to meet the needs of today's rental market with world class facilities including around the clock concierge services, in-apartment technologies and a premium rooftop restaurant."
