Work has started on a new £6.2 million office to residential project in London.
The Walsingham House scheme involves transforming a three-storey office block into 13 one and two bedroom apartments in Whetstone, Barnet
The development is scheduled for completion by late autumn 2018.
Shraga Stern, Director at Decorean, said: "This conversion will bring much-needed, high-quality housing to an area that is growing significantly. Areas throughout Barnet, including Whetstone, are ripe for investment given their proximity to central London and we're deleted to have been chosen to construct these apartments after a competitive process."
The project is the latest win for Decorean, having also secured a number of opportunities around London and the South East, including the full refurbishment of a school and three luxury barn conversions in the home counties.
