Brundage-Bone Acquires Reilly Concrete

US company Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping has completed the purchase of Manchester-based Reilly Concrete Pumping.

The deal, carried out through Brundage-Bone's Oxford Pumping Holdings subsidiary, will allow the business to provide customer's with a "truly national service offering on major infrastructure and commercial projects".

Reilly's management team will join Oxford to ensure a smooth handoverof Reilly's customers and employees.
