Housebuilder Lovell has selected a new regional technical manager for East Anglia.

Mr Sam Sinclair joins from NPS Property Consultants where he was a senior project manager.

In his new role, based at Lovell's Norwich regional office, Mr Sinclair leads the regional technical department responsible for managing pre-construction activities prior to the start of building work on site. This includes co-ordinating the design process, securing statutory approvals such as planning permission and ensuring that schemes meet other legal requirements. He will work mainly on new housing developments made up of outright sale and affordable homes of up to 200 homes in size.

Regional Managing Director Simon Medler said: "Sam's impressive range of industry experience and record of meeting and exceeding client expectations makes him a valuable addition to our regional team. He will be closely involved as we drive forward our plans to grow the residential development side of our business while also continuing to build our highly successful portfolio of contracting work delivering new affordable housing with our partners."
