Lexia Solutions Group has completed a deal to acquire OCS Environmental Services from its parent company OCS Group.

OCS Environmental Services (OCS ES) is an established national provider of services including:

• Asbestos Removal and Management

• Scaffolding Access

• Thermal Insulation

• Protective Coatings

Following a review of the OCS ES business, OCS Group concluded that the business would have better growth opportunities under new ownership and within a group of companies that possessed greater industry specialism.

The new acquisition will continue to operate as a separate company and will in due course be rebranded to trade as 'Rhodar Industrial Services'.
