Lovell has strengthened its presence in the South West by appointing Richard Williams as land manager of the region.

With 17 years of industry experience, Mr Williams will drive the company's growth strategy for its South West residential developments portfolio.

Having worked worked as a property consultant for South West property specialist Alder King LLP, Mr Williams is joining Lovell from retirement housing developer Blue Cedar Homes where he held the position of land manager.

Regional managing director Kate Rees said: "Richard will take the lead on identifying land opportunities for us locally as we look to increase our portfolio of residential developments.
