Industry distributor Go Interiors has acquired materials supplier FGF Ltd.
The deal is part of Go Interiors' expansion plans that "presents both organisation's customers with a unique offering of products and services".
With four operating centres in the UK, FGF specialises in decorative cladding and facades, cutting, re-manufacturing and industrial insulation solutions.
The founder's grandson Matt Taylor, who has worked for FGF since 1997, has been appointed Managing Director to run the business on a day-to-day basis.
