Skanska has won a five-year facilities management contract with the the City of London Corporation.
The £23 million deal is worth £4.6m per year and will see the company carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance for the local authority, as well as looking after the fabric of the Corporation's buildings. The contract, which has a two-year extension option, begins in July 2017.
