Pegasus Group has strengthened its senior team by appointing Chris Jarvis as a Director in Leeds.

As a minerals and waste specialist, Mr Jarvis has significant experience of managing applications for minerals and waste development, along with experience of the energy industry including energy from waste facilities and the provision of high voltage energy infrastructure.

In the past, Mr Jarvis has secured planning permission for a range of minerals and waste related developments including the extraction of clay to ensure a supply of bricks to the award-winning York Handmade Brick Co, new transfer stations in Green Belt locations and green waste composting facilities.

Other past achievements include gaining consent for the building and decommissioning of utilities infrastructure, such as the construction of a new overhead line over the River Tees and the closure of the Victorian Woodhead Railway Tunnels in the Peak District National Park.
