Work is underway on a new student accommodation scheme in Southampton.

Morgan Sindall is delivering a 435-bed Vita Student facility on Portswood Road and work is scheduled for completion before the 2018 academic year.

Features will include a 1,200 sq m communal area comprising a large social hub, movie room, gym, private dining area and dedicated study areas.
