Fusion21 has renewed its national Consultants Framework, worth up to £90 million in total.
The four-year scheme offers 10 lots including surveying, stock monitoring and appraisal, environmental, architectural, engineering and project management and multi disciplinary works.
As part of the renewal, new lots have been added for Heritage, Conservation and Valuations, while Principal Designer duties has replaced CDMC.
Dave Johnson, Consultants Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: "Following listening to member feedback and responding to changes in the market place, we have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework which boasts a full range of construction related consultancy services.
"In addition to accessing a flexible and efficient procurement solution, Fusion21 members operating in the social housing, local authorities, health, education and blue light sectors will benefit from greater efficiency savings, whilst using a framework that fully complies with procurement legislative requirements."
The framework is now available at the mytenders web portal, www.mytenders.org, under Notice ID APR141972.
The submission deadline for applicants is Monday, 05 June.
