Select Property Group has appointed John Sisk & Son to help deliver its £247 million Affinity Living scheme in Manchester.
The project will see 677 new private rented sector (PRS) apartments built across two buildings at Circle Square.
Other features include 1,500 sq m of amenity space, such as shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces.
Overall, the Affinity Living scheme is set to deliver more than 1,800 apartments over the next three years in Manchester, with a combined Gross Development Value of £644m.
