Bouygues UK has been appointed to deliver a 238 new apartments at MediaCityUK in Manchester.
The £35 million Lightbox scheme will be built over 19 storeys and construction is scheduled to begin in April.
Designed by AHR, the luxury residential apartment project will feature high specification contemporary styled kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and flooring. In addition, the building will include a full concierge service, car parking spaces to rent as well as bicycle storage facilities.
The project is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
