The company will deliver 384 apartments across eight blocks in Bromley town centre.

Designed by Stitch Architects, the Churchill Gardens scheme will be built adjacent to the existing Church House Gardens.

The multi-storey development (subject to planning) will include at least 990 square metres of new commercial space, offering a range of bars and restaurants opposite The Churchill Theatre and Library Gardens.

The commercial space will be located along the ground floor frontages facing the new Plaza and Square in front of the Theatre. The entrance to the Plaza from the High Street will be widened, while a new glazed corner unit will also be developed.
