Galliford Try Partnerships has been selected to deliver hundreds of new homes in London.
The regeneration specialist's South East business has signed two contracts worth a combined £155 million.
At the Royal Docks, Partnerships South East will build the £128m phase two of the Great Eastern Quays development for Notting Hill Housing (NHH). The company will build a 468homes on the site, including 164 'affordable' homes, alongside further landscaping and public amenity works, and 2,400 sqm of commercial, community and retail space.
The company is already on site at Great Eastern Quays delivering the first £85m phase, which has involved creating 350 new homes.
The new deal represents the largest standalone contract signed by Galliford Try Partnerships.
Elsewhere, developer Almacantar has appointed the business to build 76 homes at the Lyons Place development on Edgware Road.
The £35m scheme includes 47 'affordable' homes, taken by Registered Provider City West Homes, as well as commercial space and a new petrol station.
