The company is already on site at Great Eastern Quays delivering the first £85m phase, which has involved creating 350 new homes.

The new deal represents the largest standalone contract signed by Galliford Try Partnerships.

Elsewhere, developer Almacantar has appointed the business to build 76 homes at the Lyons Place development on Edgware Road.

The £35m scheme includes 47 'affordable' homes, taken by Registered Provider City West Homes, as well as commercial space and a new petrol station.
