Robertson Group is continuing work on a new £6.5 million office development in Bolton.
The Stirling-based company is developing the Bolton Central building at the corner of Great Moor Street and Newport Street.
The five-storey 30,000 sq ft scheme, which joins onto the town's new £48m transport interchange, is set to be complete this summer.
Highlights include using around 144,000 textured Mystique bricks during the construction, while all internal lights are sensored and environmentally friendly LED. Local contractors Lancashire Brick and Tile have also been involved in the project.
Speaking during a tour of the development last week, Council Leader Cliff Morris said: "This building is a key part of the redevelopment of this side of town and is in a prime location, next to the modern new interchange and the refurbishment of Newport Street – an important gateway into the town centre.
"We are working to make Bolton town centre a more vibrant place to come to work, shop and spend your leisure time and our plans are now coming together."
