Mitie has won a £21 million contract to provide housing maintenance repairs across six boroughs in London.

The five-year deal will see the company's Property Management division deliver responsive repairs and voids works to social housing properties for Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA). The contract has an option to extend by two further five-year periods.
