Select Property Group has teamed up with the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund (GMPVF) to deliver 677 new apartments at Circle Square.
The £247 million Affinity Living PRS scheme will be split across two buildings and includes 1,500 sq m of usable amenity space, as well as shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces. Construction is scheduled to start in August.
As the largest fully funded PRS scheme in Manchester to date, the project is part of the £750m Circle Square development which involves building thousands of new homes, as well as offices, retail and leisure facilities.
Chief Executive Officer of Select, Mark Stott, said: "I am delighted to announce this landmark deal for our Affinity Living brand which will cement the delivery of all residential components of the Circle Square scheme."
