Laing O'Rourke has been selected to build a new £200 million design and engineering centre for Jaguar Land Rover in Warwickshire.
The contractor will redevelop its current facility at Gaydon to include new design centres for both Jaguar and Land Rover.
Designed by architectural practice Bennetts Associates, the new landscaped campus will also comprise of new offices and forms the first major construction project at one of the company's non-manufacturing sites in over 10 years.

"The new space will centralise our design, product engineering and purchasing functions in an original and modern environment, as well as creating additional capacity for the future."
