Camborne Land Investments (CLI) has revealed plans to build 500 new flats in Birmingham.

The company has acquired a site in the Southside area to deliver the £85 – 100 million Kent Street Baths Build To Rent (BTR) residential scheme.

Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the project will be developed on a 450,000 sq ft site over 15 floors under CLI's new Hygge brand. Other features include retail and leisure facilities at street level.


The scheme also contributes to the ongoing regeneration of Birmingham, with CLI planning to deliver 5,000 new BTR homes over the next five years.
